Mail can not be tracked through Customs. Customs is a function of
your government, we have no control over their actions. While 95%
of all packages will clear Customs quickly, about 1 in 20 will be held
for Random Inspection. Most of these will clear within a week or
two. Some countries are notoriously slow for various reasons
including high terror alerts. Packages to Israel or Italy for example
could take 30 to 45 days.
